We diagnose the fault on site for a flat $125 at a home, or $200 for commercial equipment. Once we know what is wrong, you get a full quote for the repair, and nothing starts until you approve it.
Every repair is backed for 30 days
At Southcreek we pride ourselves on our work, and we stand by that promise. If your appliance has an issue related to our service, call within 30 days and we will inspect it again free of charge to make right on that promise.
Refrigerators
Not cooling, freezing food, leaking water, or running constantly.
Washers
Will not drain or spin, leaking, shaking hard, or stopping mid cycle.
Dryers
No heat, taking several cycles to dry, loud noises, or not tumbling.
Microwaves
No heat, sparking, a dead control panel, or a door that will not latch.
Dishwashers
Dishes coming out dirty, standing water, leaking, or not draining.
Ovens and Stoves
Will not heat, bakes unevenly, a burner that will not light, or a temperature that reads wrong.
